(up to 650 m/min), production waste reduction and maximum productive
efficiency.
The customization of the RG Platinum printing presses allows
tailored solutions and the optimization of machine lay-out and web
path.
Innovative solutions, based on ACOM know-how and flexibility, are employed in
order to improve the performances and the efficiency of the most complex applications
and to obtain, with excellent results, in-line process such as: cold seal, lacquering,
solvent and solventless lamination.
Quick job changing
Thanks to one single control it is possible to set the inking group position.
The structure of the stainless steel trolley, facilitating the handling of
the whole inking group and of the printing cylinder, allows and automatic washing
without dismantling each single component.
Superior components
The design phase for the RG Platinum press has been carefully developed
and allows for precise component manufacturing.
Printing pressures, doctor blades, reel holder changing units and
web paths have been optimized allowing in this way an impressive
level of waste reduction.
Ergonomics and accessibility
ACOM puts top priority on the ergonomic aspects of all its products.
In this way, operators can work in optimum conditions to control
the engraved cylinders, clean rollers and nozzles of the drying
chamber, change doctor blade holders quickly as well as the pressure
sleeve, all easily accessible through a large window opening.
