Ink Pumps and Selfcleaning Xtrem
A deep study on anilox, ink chamber, doctor blade angles, joints, ink flow, ink delivery and ink transportation has been made. A new ink flow through the new ink pumps, new selfcleaning device, new ink chamber design and ink flow layout design, get a fast, regular, adapted to need and “soft” ink delivery without foam creation or emptiness problems. Enviroxi developments are agglutinated over the new Xtrem pumping and self cleaning device. The press can be adapted from water or solvent based inks to EB ones in a record time. Xtrem is as easy to control as it works automatically coordinated with the rest of the electronic of the press.

The nitrogen installation. ESI electron beam process is a cold process that cures the new ink thanks to the reorder of molecule chain structure. The beam is produced under a nitrogen bath and after the applying of all layers of wet on wet inks. The result is immediate. Without solvent or water transporters, superficial tension is broken and all colour dots are solidify at the same time without no heat, no odours, no volatile compounds emission. All in a cold procedure that facilitates register and accuracy. Intercolour drying is not needed anymore. A safety, environment respectful and energy saver procedure.

Take a magnifying glass. EB inks come as a new standard. Once you have set the new printing features as your standards, print work will never be the same. Plates of 60, 70 and 80 lines per cm. can be used without any problem. Almost perfect colour definition with superior gloss and higher brightness is now available thanks to heptachromy inks with other direct colours.Reduced to almost zero dot gain and high colour density allow to work with only one anilox set. Ink abrasion improved resistance allows several coating savings. Ink consumption can be reduced by 50%. A new technology that will surprise even the expert printers worldwide.
