The FLEXO F2 press is a new concept designed to meet the needs of medium and long runs in the flexible packaging industry for retailers and wholesalers. It has inherited patented FLEXOEfficiency concepts such as ergonomics and accessibility along with the performance and strength of FPLUS. It is available in printing widths ranging from 1,270mm to 1,470mm, 8 colors and offers printing developments of up to 850mm. It includes state-of-the-art electronic systems to achieve the best printout qualities, even at high speeds (up to 500 mpm), and it can be applied to different substrates such as film, plastic, paper and laminates. It is the perfect print solution, offering a conventional system of solvent-based and water-based inks. The FLEXO F2 system has been designed with comfort in mind. Ease in use and maintenance. Easy access to the doctor blade, easy threading, easy cleaning of dried sections between colors, no need for tools (tool-less solutions) easy cleaning of the central drum and an endless array of ergonomic enhancements to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers.
