REGISTER & PRESSURES ADJUSTMENTS
Trough a collaboration of AVT and Comexi, we are continuously developing new semiautomatic and automatic register and pressures adjustments systems. A perfect combination of CNC, Gearless and video system to get the printing kiss point and a perfect registration. The new AVT's product iREG can achieve semi automatically a dramatic reduction of register adjustment waste (less than 30m).
Besides, we have evolved the Cingular DOT2 to automatically adjust pressure and register with a sharply reduction in waste, using one little dot of 1,5mm. Example FW flexo press between 50 and 90 meter depending on the maximum and minimum repeat length.
