Rotogravure trolley:
Designed for the application of solventbased
and water-based adhesives, the
trolley is easy to remove and securely
locked onto the frames. It can be used for
jobs with accurate register requirements.
An engraved rotogravure (totally or
partially) cylinder is included in the supply.
Trolley for solventless applications:
This trolley can be easily and quickly
inserted in the machine, so that it can
achieve the highest performance in
solventless applications. Its regulation
becomes even more user friendly thanks to
the innovative design of independent
motors on each cylinder.
Flexo trolley:
Designed with COMEXI technology
and the NexusComexi modularity
concept, using sleeves both in anilox
roller and plate cylinder. With
independent motorization enabling
work at high precision registers. It
allows a wide range of coating and
lamination applications, especially
for coatings that require high
precision weights and ideal for its
application on aluminium foil.
SEMIFLEXO / Semiflexo trolley:
Designed for adhesives with solvents and
water based applications, allowing a high
quality lamination at high speeds. It also
allows a wide range of adhesive lay-down
with the easy adjustment of the roller
speed.
PVDC trolley:
The "Reverse roll" operating system
together with the closed chamber doctor
blade and "kiss coating" system make this
trolley the most suitable for the PVDC
applications.
