Technical characteristics of the adhesive application
system
R1 heated and motorised feeding roll. Enables a dual operation;
in the opposite direction to
R2 and with adjustable speed, to guarantee that the adhesive is
fed correctly and that the
unit rotates in the same direction as R2 for an easy and safe cleaning
of the system.
R2 heated feeding roll, motorised, independent of R1, enabling
a variable adhesive
application, guaranteeing easy cleaning and safety to the operator.
R3 rubber dosing roll; variable application width with the simple
replacement of the rectified
application cylinder.
R4 motorised and heated application roll, which can adapt the material
contact speed to the
needs of each work procedure.
R5 counter-pressure roll, completing a compact adhesive application
set. All motors are
synchronised with state-of-the-art electronic systems.
