Top efficiency with the new drying sections
The new drying tunnel has been designed with independent units
that allow different configurations and achieve a perfect
adaptation to the many different needs of our customers. Each
unit can be opened separately for easy access to the rollers and
nozzles, for easy-cleaning or maintenance. The thermal isolation
of
the whole tunnel and the automatic recirculation system
controlled by an infrared LEL produces important energy savings.
All rollers are motorised in each section through a belt system.
The hot drying air is blown on top of each roll through stainless
steel nozzles with a double output, designed to create the best
turbulence and to provide the best drying performance. The
impulsion and expulsion air fans are controlled by drivers that
regulate the air volume desired by each application to achieve
the
best accuracy, while controlling the air temperature; the
adjustment is done by an advanced “Fuzzy” logic system
that
allows the adaptation to possible changes in the environment.
