The Standard shaftless system coming from the NEXUSEVO has been substituted by a triple full duplex turret unwinding rewinding system with automatic flying splicing system. Of course, all three are motorised and they include web guides with ultrasonic sensor detection. All motorised system ensures the permanent tension control, better reliability during all working period. Both rewinder and unwinders are capable to be used with reels of 100 mm and 1000 kg weight.
