COMEXI OFFSET printing offers the best quality level without the past serious concerns about the feasibility of offset printing on non-absorbent and stretchable materials.
COMEXI OFFSET out performs gravure and flexo by far in terms of time to market and production flexibility thanks to its capacity of producing new offset plates in-house within minutes.
Offset plates in general are up to 20 times cheaper compared to photopolymer plates or gravure cylinders imaging. This enables the printer to achieve the best competitive price for short and medium run jobs. Allowing to improve margins and increase volumes in relation to the competition using traditional processes.
Environmental aspects are going to be major drivers in the years to come. In some part of the industry they are already considered as a key factor. Therefore, from a sustainability point of view, COMEXI OFFSET presses make use of EB inks in conjunction with our commitment to ecological aspects. EB technology will pave the way to a more sustainable printing industry.
Our EB Flexo coating solutions for white inks, lacquers and varnishes, will be part of the system.
