Efficiency with the new SelfCleaning system
Enviroxi’s SelfCleaning is an automatic system that manages the supply of ink to the press and
cleans the doctor blade chamber, anilox rolls, ink tanks and connection hoses in the circuit.
The system can be adapted to water and solvent-based inks.
Its high degree of automation means that the system can be programmed in 4 to 6 minute cycles, resulting in huge time and manual
labour savings, as well as a substantial increase in the
productivity and investment in terms of operating time.
The low solvent consumption (10 – 12 litres per deck) and its user friendly interface complete a
system that has been designed with efficiency in mind.
