With this service, our aim is to evaluate and set work guidelines. We also aim to technically and technologically train and assess staff involved in the process.

Target of consultancy and support program:
- » Reduce job change times.
- » Reduce unexpected problems and stoppages during adjustment and runs.
- » Standardize the process by implementing basic criteria in order to minimize last minute questions and changes, etc.
- » Reinforce training and review of processes.
- » Increase printing speed*
- » Improve printing quality*
- » Identify automated procedures of the machine that are not standardized, apply changes and offer the necessary training to use them (Ex.: Automatic registration, job specifications, automatic changes in rewind/unwind, etc.).
