The annual Operational Maintenance program.
TARGET
- » Verify the follow up of the preventive program of the machine.
- » Check the overall conditions of the machine.
- » Detect any problem that may affect the machine productivity.
- » Replace the worn spare parts.
The Operational Maintenance program will be applied to the following equipment supplied by Comexi Group:
- » COMEXI
- » NEXUS
- » PROSLIT
The Operational Maintenance program structure is two yearly interventions carried out by our technicians.
FIRST VISIT
- » Check the overall conditions of the machine.
- » Make a list of the spare parts that need replacement during the second visit.
- » Analyze the working conditions of the machine to be corrected; taking into account the second visit.
SECOND VISIT
- » Check the overall conditions of the machine.
- » Replace the worn spare parts.

For Comexi printing machines:
- » Check the cleaning and adjustment of the drying tunnel and the drying screens in between colours.
- » Adjust the ink system and its movement and doctor blades adjustment.
- » Verify the zero position, offset and parallelism of the decks.
- » Verify the reel change at rewinder and unwinder.
- » Check the safety system and its elements.
- » Check the tension control at the different operations.
- » Check the transmissions and the belts.
- » Check the levels and alignment of the rollers.
- » Verify ball-bearing of the operator side.
- » Check the lubrication of the actuating of the printing unit.
- » Check the shaft and sleeves.
- » Verificar saltos de núcleos y camisas.
- » Solve the small problems that the machine may have.
For Nexus laminating machines:
- » Check the application system of the coating rollers.
- » Verify the reel change at rewinder and unwinder.
- » Check the safety system and its elements.
- » Check the tension control at the different actuating components.
- » Check transmissions and belts.
- » Check the levels and alignment of the free running rollers.
- » Verify ball-bearings.
- » Check the lubrication.
- » Solve the small problems that the machine may have.
For Proslit slitting machines:
- » Replace shaft's friction elements.
- » Replace valves and joints.
- » Grease all the mobile parts of the machine.
- » Check levels and alignment of the rollers.
- » Check all the Safety Systems.
- » Calibrate sensors.
- » Check the coating of the rollers.
- » Check the overall condition and tension for the belts.
- » Check free movement of the bearings.
- » Solve the small problems that the machine may have.
