In order to reduce the non desired machine stops and to optimize the production time of the machine, COMEXI GROUP INDUSTRIES offers the 24 Hours Hotline Service Assistance.
Target:
To establish a remote technical assistance by telephone or internet from the Comexi outside the working hours at the Girona installations (At holidays 24 hours a day. At working days during the 16 additional hours to the 8 labour hours).
The 24 hours service is thought only to take care of serious and urgent problems of your flexo printing machines (FB, FL, FX, FJ, FW, FPLUS and FI). These problems will be of an electronic type and the problem present at the machine has to be the cause for a machine stop or a serious production incidence.
COMEXI offers two types contracts of 24 hours Hotline Service:
Standard and Premium.
The Premium service is based on a yearly fixed rate, while the Standard service includes the service contract with a yearly base rate plus the cost of the call, which may vary.
Both packages guarantee an excellent service and offer you the best assistance.
