High productivity thanks to clever solutions
To obtain high productivity rates, PROSLIT has
integrated several design solutions. A shaft-less
unwind lifting up to 1000kg in weight, 1000mm in
diameter and an 850mm to 1650mm width. The
compact design allows good access to the slit area
and simultaneous slit methods (razor and shear slit).
Rewind Core set-ups with laser adjustment, friction
shafts with directional ball bearing rings along the
shaft contribute to the operator being able to mount
the cores faster and in an accurate position.
