Rewinder and the double turret
The great innovation is the two reel changing turrets. Each turret
has two
shafts (both equipped with unidirectional ball locking clutches).
They
have mechanical locking mechanisms and electronic positioning which
assure placement and fixing during rewinding. An additional frame
enables perfect shaft stabilization, thus avoiding the application
of axial
pressure to the motor and the shafts. This all guarantees balanced
and
stable shaft rotation during rewinding, thus creating a maximum
quality
product.
Using a laser core positioning system (option), we can precisely
position
the cores on the rewinding shafts.
Machine control is available from the pivoting front panel, a large
touchscreen
and a new, simplified control interface.
The ALTS horizontal carriage system (standard) attains differential
quality,
thanks to perfect rewinding control with any type of material.
It has two
antistatic bars, as well as two pneumatically driven transversal
knives.
