The PROSLIT EIKON is our top of the range machine. It incorporates
the
latest developments
available. We have been continuously updating it in order to be
always
leading the latest trends on conversion. A fully electric machine
that
prevents hydraulic oil contamination on the working area. making
it easy to
achieve ISO 14001 and requiring lower
maintenance than hydraulic solutions.
The PROSLIT EIKON slitter improves slitting accuracy through overspeed
and over tension technology.
A concept based in a second motorised NIP and gears, after the
slitting area, allowing a specific tension control and substrate
speed The PROSLIT EIKON takes advantage of our concept named ALTS
(advanced linear tracking system). An innovative system that assures
a perfect rewind and finished reels thanks to the horizontal movement
across the web.

Horizontal lineal tracking system (ALTS.) independent on every shaft.
Tension control by dancing roll and load cell.

OP: Support arm while rewinding process (avoiding cantilever effect).
