From the change-over time side, we offer the AKSS system (automatic
knife setting system),
for circular knives or razor blades. Tangential slitting with our
concept of over tension allows
a better slitting quality and better
accessibility to the bottom knives.
Complementing all that, reel pushers or laser pointer for cores
positioning are some other
features to improve the off-loading process and make our EIKON
a user friendly machine
and the best performing slitter in the market.
Different configuration options (free-stand and over-head web path)
and shaft-less unwind
with 3’’ and 6’’ chucks, allowing us to
work with reels up to 2200 kgs.
